Recently, we were delighted to see @mis_cositasss share her experience at XiongHeJia Jesús on Instagram. In her post, she talks about discovering a Taiwanese restaurant and highlights the flavours, thoughtful presentation and care behind each dish. A sincere and warm recommendation like this means a great deal to us and encourages us to keep doing what we love.
During her visit, she tried a selection of dishes, including dumplings, gua bao, a rice dish, crispy chicken bites and a fried gua bao with chocolate ice cream for dessert. She described the flavours as varied and delicious and said she felt comfortable throughout the experience. Creating moments like these around the table is exactly what we work towards every day.
XiongHeJia began in Xúquer in 2022. Since then, our hope has been to introduce Taiwanese home-style cooking to more people in València. Handmade food, freshly prepared dishes, flavours made for sharing and friendly service that feels like home remain at the heart of our table.
She also described XiongHeJia as the kind of place you discover almost by chance and leave already thinking that you have to return. Those words touched us deeply. For a restaurant, the most precious thing is not simply being noticed, but leaving people with a reason to remember us and come back.
